Anshu Sharma | Founder & Principal
Anshu Sharma brings more than 25 years of international experience across banking, technology, operations and transformation, including senior leadership responsibilities in global and regional financial institutions.
Her experience spans the US, India, Singapore, Dubai and the Middle East, combining global perspective with deep regional understanding.
Having led complex transformations, technology organisations and cross-border teams, Anshu understands the realities of executive accountability—from defining strategy and making difficult decisions to mobilising teams and delivering results.
